The main function of the nozzle group in the steam turbine is to make the steam flow on the blades of the rotor wall through the guide of the nozzle group.
The nozzle group usually refers to the first stage nozzle of the steam turbine. The first stage nozzle is divided into several groups, and each group is controlled by a regulating steam valve.
Fixing method of nozzle: the first stage nozzle is different from other stage nozzles, which can directly weld the nozzle group to the nozzle chamber; The flange of the nozzle group can be integrally milled and embedded on the nozzle chamber; It can be cast together with the nozzle chamber; It can be bolted to the nozzle chamber.
The nozzle group can be either milled and welded as a whole or precision cast.
The function of turbine nozzle is to convert the heat energy of steam into kinetic energy, that is, steam expands, depressurizes, increases speed, and ejects in a certain direction to push the moving blades to do work.
The steam turbine nozzle group is generally made of 1Cr12WMoV with high comprehensive performance, high temperature endurance strength and strong erosion resistance to solid particles.
